The Garden: Walking through the garden at Hamo House was like stepping into a hidden oasis. The lush greenery and vibrant flowers transported me into a fairytale-like world where I could relax and unwind. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea and soak in the tranquility of nature.

The location of this guest house is absolutely incredible! Situated on Elepantine island, overlooking the Nile and facing a beautiful neighboring island, it offers a peaceful and picturesque setting. The spacious terrace with its sand floor and colorful plastic chairs adds to the laid-back atmosphere. The room we stayed in was more like an apartment, with two bathrooms, a kitchen, and ample space. The bathroom was well-equipped with soap and plenty of hooks. The host, Hamo, was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. He provided us with valuable information on exploring Aswan, including how to visit Abu Simbel on our own using public transportation. He even accompanied us to the bus station and made sure we got the correct tickets. The breakfast provided was generous and delicious, and Hamo made sure all of our needs were met throughout our stay. We highly recommend staying at this amazing guest house!

We love staying at this beautiful island guesthouse. The spacious room with a working AC and stunning view of the Nile is perfect for us. The breakfast is delicious, and the owner, Mr. Hamo, is very helpful and friendly. The location is quiet and peaceful, with amazing trips to the Nile and Abusimbel nearby.
The variety of the homecooked dinners could be improved, as they were the same every night during our stay.

Great host, picked us up and helped with our luggage. Beautiful views and quiet location. Breakfast served at your convenience.
Check-out time was earlier than expected and there was a miscommunication about using the courtyard after check-out.

Title: Quaint and cozy, with a beautiful view of the Nile. The continental breakfast was the highlight of my day. Loved how the owner made sure to restrict the use of A/C and fan, really made me feel like a rebellious teenager.

We had a lovely stay at a homestay in a charming village with a stunning view of the Nile. The host, Hamada, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. Hamada's English may not be perfect, but he made the effort to understand and help us. We will definitely come back!
